These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods on Bugparts.dk for delivery Worldwide.

2. Prices and Payment All prices are indicated in EUR (Euro).

  • For customers within the EU, prices include 25% Danish VAT.

  • For customers outside the EU, VAT may be deducted at checkout, but you may be liable for local taxes and duties upon arrival (see Section 3).

Payment Method: Bank Transfer Only

  • We accept payment via Bank Transfer.

  • Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing our bank registration and account numbers (IBAN/SWIFT).

  • You must transfer the full order amount to our account.

  • Important: Your order will not be processed or shipped until we have received the payment in our bank account. If payment is not received within 7 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

3. Delivery & Customs We ship worldwide.

  • Dispatch: We aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days after payment has been received.

  • Carriers: We use recognized carriers (e.g., PostNord, GLS, UPS).

  • Risk: The risk of the goods passes to you as the consumer at the time of physical delivery.

International Buyers (Non-EU): Please note that for orders shipped outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bugparts.dk is not responsible for these charges. These are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

4. Right of Cancellation (14 Days) You have a 14-day right of cancellation when shopping with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.

How to cancel: You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can give notice by emailing support@bugparts.dk. You cannot cancel simply by refusing to receive the parcel.

Return of goods: You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel. You must pay the direct costs of returning the goods (return shipping). You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery of the item, and you are responsible for ensuring the item is packed responsibly during the return.

Refunds: If you regret your purchase, we will refund the amount you paid to us (excluding return shipping costs). The refund will be made using the same means of payment (Bank Transfer) that you used for the original transaction. We will ask for your bank details (IBAN/SWIFT) to process this refund manually. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back.

5. Warranty (Reklamationsret) When you shop at Bugparts.dk as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) applies. You have a 24-month warranty (reklamationsret). This means that if the product has a defect present at the time of purchase, you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

The warranty requires that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behavior.

How to complain: You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint is always timely. Please contact us at support@bugparts.dk with a description and photos of the issue.

6. Privacy Policy We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Appeals and Complaints If you have a complaint about your purchase, please contact support@bugparts.dk. If we fail to find a solution, you can lodge a complaint with:

8. Governing Law Any dispute between the buyer and Bugparts.dk is settled under Danish law.
