Shipping policy
1. Order Processing & Payment All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) AFTER we receive your payment.
Important Notice regarding Bank Transfer: Since we accept payment via Bank Transfer, your order will be packed and dispatched only once the funds have cleared in our bank account.

Europe: Transfers usually take 1-2 business days (SEPA).

Rest of World: Transfers can take 3-5 business days.

You will receive a notification email when your payment is received and your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and the destination address.
3. Estimated Delivery Times Once your payment is received and the order is dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

Denmark: 1-3 business days.

Europe (EU): 3-7 business days.

Rest of World (USA, Asia, etc.): 7-14 business days (depending on customs processing).
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing which are out of our control.
4. International Shipping, Customs & Duties We ship worldwide. All prices on our store are in EUR.

For customers inside the EU: Danish VAT (25%) is included in the price (or adjusted based on your local VAT rate via OSS). No extra customs fees apply.

For customers outside the EU (Rest of World): You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We cannot predict what your local customs office will charge. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

5. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Damaged or Lost Orders If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@bugparts.dk with photos of the damaged goods and the packaging. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
